1st Annual Mira Mesa Health & Wellness Fair 2009

Lifestyles INFOCUS and The Mira Mesa Chamber of Commerce present the Mira Mesa Health and Wellness Fair 2009. This event will take place at the Country Inn & Suites on Friday, July 24, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. There will be free admission, food tasting, mini massages, health screenings and raffles as well as booths representing every aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. Local businesses are encouraged to participate and attend, and this event is open to the public for free. Some services and products will be available during the Fair for an additional fee, and many will feature special event discounts or coupons.

Reduce your stress, learn to eat better, exercise correctly, and find out the many benefits of professional Chiropractic care, all at the same location! There will be mini seminars as well, so send your employees on a long lunch and have them come back to work with a variety of methods to ensure their health and wellness.
