New Look for 2009 at MiraMesa.com

The new year has begun, and like a lot of people I have set a few goals that I intend on completing. I want to add a few new columns to our website, such as a Families section with events, information, and ideas for those of us with children in Mira Mesa. I also want a new look for the website, so Doug and I are working hard on updating our look and content. Now is the time to let us know what you would like to see on MiraMesa.Com.
We try to bring you the latest news and events happening around Mira Mesa, and we are involved with the Town Council, Chamber of Commerce, and several other community groups, but we can only do so much. Do you know of an event or newsworthy story that should be posted on our website? Do you like my quote of the day, or my top 10 lists? I enjoy doing them, but I don’t get much feedback on them. We do have a faithful following on the website, and for that I would like to thank you all. Let us know how we are doing, and what you would like to see improved or changed in 2009. I will post the results of your feedback next week. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to a great year ahead.
Sincerely, Mark & Doug

Hey there,
The new look of the website seems kind of generic but I like it.
I do enjoy reading your posts but I’ve usually more of a lurker than a poster on websites which is why I don’t comment very often.
I can’t really do much to help, but I’ll drop a line if anything newsworthy is going on at school.
(Oh, but we did win the WinTheUltimateProm.com contest for the second year in a row and the senior class is going to be awarded the check this Friday. I don’t know any more than that, though.)
You guys have done a great job on the website and it’s come a long way from when I first saw it. Thanks for your hard work and keeping me updated!
(I’ve always wanted to know more about our community, now that I’m older I’m hoping to get more involved.)

I like the new website. Easy to navigate and pleasing to look at!
