The MMHS orchestra did a Cherrydale catalog fundraiser last year. The Cherrydale guy actually told us that, when we get home, to open up the catalog to the Cherrydale chocolate section and put it on the kitchen table so that when our parents get home they&#039;ll see it and will be like &quot;Oh, what&#039;s this? I think I&#039;ll take it to work!&quot;

I thought he was kidding.
But that&#039;s exactly what happened when I tried it.</description>

		<description>I agree with the buyout option.  When my son brings home the catalogs of crap that I wouldn&#039;t want in my own house I just say NO.  There is a better way of raising money than selling overpriced junk to family and friends, while the &quot;fundraising company&quot; gets their own profits.  I wish that the PTAs would stop outsourcing the fund raising business to the kids and start thinking about better ways to help the school and community.</description>
